Richard Hoover collaborated with Paisley to design a personal custom dreadnought, based on SCGC's Pre-war Dreadnought Model.

Country icon Brad Paisley's decision to team up with The Santa Cruz Guitar Company was born out of Brad's wish to be associated with quality and responsibility above all else. He wanted his name on a handcrafted instrument that his fans and guitar aficionados would love.

Richard Hoover collaborated with Paisley to design a personal custom dreadnought, based on SCGC's Pre-war Dreadnought Model. The back and sides are made from Indian rosewood. The Sitka spruce top with beautiful bearclaw is inlaid with a herringbone edge purfling, embraced by an ivoroid body binding.

This signature sounds the way Brad likes it: warm and sparkling, defined and voluminous. A fantastic tribute to Paisley's dedication to the sustainability of treasured tonewoods, built with his favorite modifications for playability, tone and appearance in mind. 

This 2024 Santa Cruz still looks exceptionally clean and shows only minimal playwear on the body. It is in excellent condition and even approaches Near Mint. Comes in a case with a TFOA passport.
