This guitar has an alder body and, because it’s based on a ‘63 S model, a rosewood fingerboard. The finish and aging process give the guitar its striking appearance. This S-Style guitar has an Oxford Grey finish and a light relic that enhances the vintage vibe. Kauffmann ensures that the aging is realistic and balanced, and the aging of the hardware is matched to the aging of the body.

The solid Gotoh hardware ensures that the instrument is stable to play for long periods. Kauffmann’s own Slightly Overwound S pickups also give the guitar the tonal qualities that do the guitar justice, making this Kauffmann 63S a versatile instrument.
