We at The Fellowship of Acoustics truly appreciate a beautiful ES335, and for this ES335, we submitted some special requests to the Gibson Custom Shop, resulting in a truly beautiful and unique guitar!

This ES335 is a particularly luxurious version of Gibson's semi-hollow model. Not only is the body made of flamed maple, but the 5-piece L5-style neck also boasts a beautiful flame, making this guitar a stunning beauty! To top it all off, the hardware is finished in gold, with the famous Flower Pot inlay on the headstock as the icing on the cake.

Further details include a bound tortoiseshell long pickguard and a full gold-tone Bigsby pickup. To ensure the guitar sounds great amplified, this ES335 features two Gibson Custombuckers. The Custombuckers deliver classic PAF tones that are warm, rich, and dynamic, with ample clarity, making them very versatile. These pickups are perhaps Gibson's most accurate PAF replicas. The Vintage Sunburst VOS finish, combined with the hardware, creates a luxurious appearance with a beautiful aged look and matching patina.

The result is a guitar that captures the magic of the original '59, but with a little something extra: a resonant, full tone with the perfect balance of warmth and clarity! The reissue 1959 models feature rounded cutaways, medium C-shaped neck profiles scanned from authentic '59s, dot inlays, and vintage replica parts. The expert craftsmen at Gibson Custom Shop have meticulously reproduced every contour, profile, inlay, and color of these prized vintage models.
