Handmade using traditional methods and the best materials. This LP style guitar features a 1-piece okoumé body with a solid hand-carved maple top, a pleasant-feeling 1-piece C-shaped okoumé neck and an ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl inlay.
The premium tonewoods and the Lollar's Custom Wound and Aged Imperial Humbucker configuration result in an open and balanced tone with complex overtones, that cuts effortlessly through the mix. This guitar stands its ground on stage and will claim the leading role when necessary.
One of the most distinctive features of this SB59 is Eastman’s eco-friendly Truetone finish. This special finish combines hardness and flexibility without compromising the resonance or authentic tone that Eastman is known for. By using a two-part modified urethane topcoat, the traditional sound is preserved while minimizing the environmental impact.
The Truetone finish is based on the same high-quality formula used on Bourgeois Guitars, a proud member of the Eastman family since 2019. It comes in a luxury hardshell case and certificate of authenticity.
