PRS Wood Library Modern Eagle V Faded Blue Jean 2024
This PRS Modern Eagle V has a flamed maple top, and is finished in a beautiful Faded Blue Jean finish. This guitar is part of the Wood Library series, and is therefore equipped with some different features compared to the regular model.
The Modern Eagle V is an innovative instrument that offers great musicality for both recording and live on stage. By using two coil-split humbuckers with a single coil in between, the Modern Eagle V offers players a wide range of tones in one guitar. This PRS Modern Eagle is part of the Wood Library series, and therefore has a few different features compared to the regular model.
The guitar is equipped with a Ziricote fingerboard and headstock, and the characteristic inlays on the fingerboard are made of beautiful abalone. The flamed maple neck is finished in the same Faded Blue Jean finish as the flamed maple 10-top of the guitar. Furthermore, the guitar has the reliable bridge and tuners of PRS itself. Additional features include a maple top and mahogany body, a 22 fret, 25" scale, Pattern mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, bone nut, and PRS's patented Gen III tremolo.
The 5-way switch selects the pickups in intuitive groupings: treble, treble and middle, middle, middle and bass, and bass. There is a single volume and a push/pull tone control that activates both humbuckers when engaged, giving players access to all three pickups simultaneously. Finally, mini-toggles allow players to separate the humbucker coils individually. This electronic design brings a whole range of classic and new tones to your fingertips.
This PRS was built in 2024, and aside from a couple of small, superficial dings, is almost indistinguishable from a new guitar. Comes with a TFOA passport in a hardshell case.
