PRS introduced the McCarty model in 1994, a tribute to Ted McCarty. The 594 followed in 2015, featuring a longer scale length and more tonal options. The goal with the McCarty 594 was to create a vintage-sounding instrument that offered the extreme reliability that comes from PRS's modern production methods.

This PRS boasts a beautiful flamed maple top finished in a Purple Iris finish. The "Pattern Vintage" mahogany neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard featuring the signature "Birds" inlay. Whether you're looking for rich, authentic, vintage humbucking tones or nuanced, sweet single-coil tones, the McCarty 594 seamlessly masters both tonal ranges thanks to its 58/15 LT pickups and push/pull tone controls.

The guitar was built in 2022 and is in excellent condition. The top shows some light playwear between the pickup and the high E string, along with a small scratch in the finish near the switch cover. Finally, there's a ding on the back of the neck at the 4th fret, but otherwise the guitar is exceptionally clean. It comes with a TFOA passport and comes in a hardshell case.
