If you’ve ever dreamed of a 64 Fender Princeton Reverb, the Headstrong Lil’ King Reverb comes as close as it gets and maybe even goes beyond it.

Built by Wayne Jones with an unwavering dedication to Leo Fender’s Blackface design, his goal was to recreate the classic Fender tone using modern, reliable components: and he has succeeded.

Under the hood, the Lil’ King features the same tube configuration as the original: three 12AX7 preamp tubes, one 12AT7, two 6V6 power tubes, and a tube rectifier: all hand-wired point-to-point, with no compromises in component quality.

This particular unit is equipped with a 1x12" Eminence Alessandro GA-SC64 speaker, delivering strong projection and a full, well-defined low end. The Alessandro is rated at 40 watts, giving the 12-watt Princeton circuit ample headroom, along with the added upper-mid presence that a 12" speaker provides.

This amplifier is in excellent condition. It has three small dents on the top of the cabinet; otherwise, it shows only minor signs of use.
