The Merak Shorty features a four-bolt maple neck. The choice of ash or alder for the body, the short 30" scale length, and the special pickup placement result in a full, warm, and defined tone with a strong foundation and that certain old-school vintage vibe. 

This particular 2024 model is made with a European Alder body and European maple neck. Both from Germany. The Smoked Eucalyptus Fingerboard is from Portugal. It has very light playwear on the body and pickups but is overall in near mint condition.
