This Fender Telecaster undoubtedly represents the 'Custom' part of the Custom Shop; based on the well-known design from the middle of the last century, but with some modern features of a modern guitar.

Known for producing both faithful replicas of vintage guitars and bold reinterpretations with modern touches, the Custom Shop consistently delivers exceptional instruments. This Aztec Gold Telecaster is a stunning example of their craftsmanship. Finished like a New Old Stock model, it has the look of a brand-new instrument while retaining a touch of vintage charm. Its aesthetic appeal is enhanced by a '60s-style Oval "C"-shaped maple neck paired with a 7.25-inch-radius rosewood fingerboard, giving you that signature vintage feel of a true vintage Telecaster. Besides its captivating appearance, this Telecaster is a joy to play and offers incredible sound. It's equipped with two Custom Shop '63 Tele pickups, inspired by the tonal characteristics of early Telecaster models, which deliver a warm, resonant, and articulate tone.

The guitar was built in 2021 and has already accumulated some playwear. There are some dings and small scratches in the finish on the top and edge, with a fairly significant ding on the edge of the armrest. There's also a superficial ding and some very light playwear on the back. This Telecaster is certainly not a player yet, but it's a guitar where you no longer have to worry about that annoying first dent!

The guitar comes in a Fender hardshell case with a certificate of authenticity.
