The E6 LGSS is the latest addition to Eastman's acoustic lineup. The model was developed in collaboration with LA Guitars, and was released in the context of their 20th anniversary. We can only say that Eastman has once again created a hell of a guitar!

​As the name suggests, this compact Eastman is based on Gibson's LG2, and Eastman has given this timeless classic a modern twist. The seasoned Eastman fan will remember this model as the E5SS, but for this new edition Eastman has used its modern techniques such as a Thermo Cured Sitka spruce top and a beautiful Truetone Gloss Sunburst finish.

Furthermore, the guitar has a mahogany body that is slightly less deep and wide than its source of inspiration, but the guitar is a very responsive instrument due to its scalloped X-bracing, which is perfectly suited for fingerstyle with its beautifully balanced sound. The LGSS also scores high in terms of appearance, because the body is adorned with an ivoroid binding and a firestripe pickguard. The finish and playability are, as you would expect from Eastman, also impeccable!

The guitar comes with a certificate of authenticity in a hardshell case.
